Warranty Statement
Lumens Integration, Inc. warrants it’s document camera products
free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five
(5) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is
applicable only if the Lumens Product was purchased new and operated
within the United States or Canada. This warranty is to the original
user only, and is transferable.
Lumens is not responsible for warranty service should the
Product’s serial number been removed or should the Product fail to
function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, accident neglect,
unusual physical or electrical stress, unauthorized modifications,
tampering, alterations, or service other than by Lumens or its
authorized agents.
Should your Product proved defective in workmanship or materials
during the warranty period, the Product may be returned for repair
or replace. Please be sure to obtain a CASE number and place the
CASE number on the outside of the box near the shipping label.
Lumens will not accept any returned shipments without a CASE number.
The Product is to be fully insured, freight prepaid by the
Product’s owner and packed in either its original carton or a
similar package affording an equal degree of protection. Please send
your original invoice as the proof of purchase. Lumens will repair
or replace free of charge, and return freight prepaid by Lumens
within 5 working days.
Lumens shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience
resulting from the use or inability to use the Lumens Product. No
repair or replacement of Product or part thereof shall extend the
Warranty period as to the entire product.
