AVerVision Application For PC

The new interactive AVerVision software offers you different ways to use a document camera for all your presentations needs.

All the features offered will ease teachers’ work for preparing class, presenting and sharing documents or objects.

The new Networking feature allows connecting multiple document cameras and provides multiple classrooms or even the entire school to view and share live document camera lessons and demonstrations through the existing LAN. With the Remote Network Control feature, it even allows the viewer to operate Documents Cameras and annotate live on the screen.

This new feature upgrade makes the AVerVision Document Cameras now become more interactive and intuitive than ever, whether in a single classroom, or campus-wide

All the features are easily accessible from the document camera redesigned control panel.

Fresh new user interface

Our software interface has been revamped for a clearer and easier use. As more functions are now offered to the user, the software provides better panels and indications. From a single panel, it is now possible to do annotation, record audio and video, capture the screen image, direct access to document camera through an existing LAN for sharing, and so on.

We did the best to create an easy-use interface to satisfy your presentation needs.

New Redesigned annotation tool 

Annotation will highly enrich the interpretation of your presentations with the possibility of elaborating images and videos with your own ideas. Many tools are now available, such as changing the colors or thickness of the line, changing the outline color and shape to solid, semi-transparent and transparent.

Advanced: Continuous Capture

This new feature allows you to capture still images continuously during class in preferred time intervals. Activating this function via software upgrades the capability of Continuous Capture vs. by OSD including the time interval up to 6 hours, total capture time up to 72 hours… You can customize saving directory and filenames.

 

 

 

Live Video and Audio recording

Live video and audio recording, combined with Annotation tool, allows recording all instructional steps for reviewing and sharing. By enabling saving video and audio files in your computer, you are ensured to easily have access to your previous work, while by networking powerful capacities, you will share your work with students, other teachers or the entire campus. The video recording resolution goes 640 x 480 (VGA) to 1024 x 768 (XGA).

From now on, your presentation’s steps won’t be lost.

Networking function

The ability to connect all Document Cameras in one campus together through the existing LAN (Local Area Network) now provides the access to multiple classrooms, or even the entire school to view and share live lessons and demonstrations.

Printer and TWAIN

TWAIN driver support allows and eases the use of our document camera like a scanner or printer. It allows all basic controls on TWAIN interface i.e. adjusting brightness, rotating the image, different effects.

The TWAIN interface is as easy as 123 and guarantees an optimal use of your document camera.

Collaboration with IWB

Our document cameras and software are the ideal companions of the Interactive White Board (IWB). AVerVision Software and IWB will enhance each other’s capacities. You can use AVerVision software to enjoy all Document Cameras’ functions with IWB by using their Pen or fingers, enabling you to engage students with more interactions.
